High Grown Orthodox Leaf Tea
The ILam tea garden is a plantation that was the offspring of Chinese tea seeds straight from the Emperor's court in China gifted to Nepal's first Prime Minister Junga Bahadur Rana. The seeds were planted in 1863.

ILam tea estate is geographically situated at an altitudinal level ranging from 4500-5000 ft. above sea level.
The lush greenery of the tea gardens is based on the foothills of the mighty Himalayas &. is physically connected to the Darjeeling hills of India where just a few kilometers across the border one could view the tea gardens of Darjeeling district. ILam &. Darjeeling enjoy the same topography where the soil &. climates are similar, highly suitable for the cultivation &. production of superior quality premium tea.

'ILam Tea' today has become a household brand &. has created a niche for itself in tea markets throughout the world. The 'ILam' brand of tea known for its flavors &. briskness is under the supervision &. ownership of the Triveni Group, produces 35 thousand Kgs. of High Grown Orthodox Black teas annually.

The Kanyam tea estate is situated at a height around 6,000 ft above sea level that is the highest in ILam district &. was first planted under the technical collaboration of the British government. Kanyam's first foundation was planted by His Majesty the Late King Birendra with a kind feeling, depth &. vision to encourage the tea sector in Nepal which is located very near to mountain Kanchanjanga.

The Kanyam tea garden consists of approx. 240 hectares of which tea is planted on 200 hectares &. produces around 125 thousand Kgs. of some of the most exquisite Orthodox tea.
The Kanyam tea factory is located at an altitude of 5500 ft. above sea level.


The Darjeeling hill plantations is about 2 Km from the Kanyam tea estate &. is similarly conducive to the kind of environment required to grow tea with a subtle brew &. flavor loved by all.

Climatic conditions are so parallel that the thick Cotton Clouds seen over ILam &. Darjeeling literally cross each other sparking off the same mountain winds &. rain that clean the tea gardens situated in these areas.



Producing The High Quality CTC Tea
Tokla Tea garden was planted in the year 1974 with a view to meet the domestic demand of CTC tea of the country. Virgin land of the mountainous foothills of south eastern Nepal was selected for the purpose of Tokla plantation.

Today Tokla commands about 300 hectares of area under tea with a gross area of 336 hectares. Presently Tokla is producing about 600 thousand kgs. per annum of fine CTC Tea.

Chilingkot Tea Estate lies in the midst of a dense forest making it a complete surprise to the nature and natural beings. Situated at the foothills of Mountain Mahabharata.
Chilingkot  Tea Estate
Chilingkot produces about 100 thousand kilograms per annum of CTC Tea with a character with it's distinct liquor flavor. The garden is planted with an area of 73 hectares only with a gross area of about 400 hectares. The production potential of the estate is about 1000 thousand kgs. per annum of finest CTC Tea.


Mid grown envy
Burne Tea Estate lies at a mid section of the hills and the plains. Burne has a soil that can challenge any productivity and quality presently existing in the world. The garden comprises of an area of 400 hectares under tea cultivation with a gross area of 850 hectares.
