Hotel clarion

INTRODUCTION
Hotel Clarion Hotel Clarion is nestled in historic city of Patan, also known as Lalitpur or "City of beauty". Patan is the cradle of "arts and architecture" in the valley. Patan Durbar Square has been acclaimed as one of the finest urban street scapes in the world. Besides being close to this living cultural heritage, the Clarion is situated amidst the modern business district of Patan. Local amenities include a bank, departmental stores, post office, photolab, book store, fast food centre, souvenir shop, etc. are just across the street.
Within walking distance there is a Tibetan refugee camp established in Hotel Clarion 1960 to promote handicrafts that has now become Nepal's one of the biggest exports. It is intriguing to see the skilled craftsmen dexterously spinning, dyeing and weaving the carpets on handlooms using traditional designs. Besides, the renowned cottage industrial centre is at close proximity where watching the local artisans work on wood carving and metal object is a "Visual Feast" in itself.
The National Zoological garden is very near to the hotel for a pleasurable and refreshing walk. All these, combined with modern comfort make the HOTEL CLARION, an idyllic retreat, a beautiful experience with legendary Nepalese hospitality like no where else. The Hotel Clarion is just 12 minutes drive from the airport. If you give us your flight details we would be happy to pick you up from the airport.
